When outfitting a hotel, resort, or large-scale multifamily development, sourcing bathroom vanities is not just about picking a beautiful design. It is about standardization, maintenance predictability, and bulk logistics.

With over 50 five-star hotel projects supplied from our Foshan factory, TOPBATH has learned that failing to create a room-by-room specification matrix leads to cost overruns and installation delays. Here is the checklist we use with our project clients.
1. Tier 1: Standard King/Queen Rooms
These make up the bulk of your order. The focus here is durability and low maintenance.
- Size: Typically 24″ to 36″ single sink units.
- Material: High-grade moisture-resistant MDF or Plywood. For tropical resorts, consider PVC or Aluminum.
- Mounting: Wall-mounted is highly recommended for housekeeping ease (easy to mop floors).
- Hardware: Soft-close hinges and drawer runners (essential to prevent slamming noises that disturb guests).
2. Tier 2: Suites and VIP Rooms
Here, the aesthetic value increases, and larger footprints are needed.
- Size: 48″ to 72″ double sink units.
- Countertop: Upgrade to natural stone, quartz, or sintered stone instead of ceramic.
- Design: Floating vanities with integrated LED lighting or unique textured finishes (e.g., fluted wood grain).
3. Public Areas & ADA/Fully Accessible Rooms
Compliance and heavy-duty use dictate the specifications here.
- ADA Compliance: Must have an open bottom (removable cabinet) to allow wheelchair access, with insulated plumbing wraps.
- Commercial Grade: Heavy-duty hinges and reinforced structure.
The Logistics Checklist
Before finalizing the purchase order, ensure your manufacturer can handle:
- Batch consistency: Will the paint/finish match across 500 units?
- Drop-test packaging: Hotel projects often require flat-pack or heavily palletized shipping to site. TOPBATH uses high-strength carton boxes with foam molding for zero-damage delivery.
- Pre-shipment inspection: We provide 100% inspection reports for project orders.
